Google Earth Tours of Switzerland, France and Germany Sites and Wayne County Ohio

Instructions for accessing the S Families map projects:

Download the KML file to your desktop by clicking on this link.

Go to: https://earth.google.com/web/

 

Click the icon on the left that looks like a pin on a map (just below the dice icon).  Select New Project --> Open KML file from computer. Find the KML file that you saved to your computer and click on it.  The project should load.  

 

Begin by clicking on the folder icon for the Schmucker-Smoker-Smucker Switzerland tour, and then you can just go down the list clicking each site to go to that location in Google Earth. In the addition to zooming into the site on the satellite image, a window will open to the side with a photo or video and brief narrative.  You do have to close out the side window for the next one to open up.
